Most people think if I keep my iPad charged up at all times it will be good. If that is the case how do you really know how long your battery will last? I purchased a WD Tv Live Plus box. Best thing around
For people who do not like to use dvd's a lot and rip their movies to avi or video files. This hardware is perfect. It can connect wireless with certain usb wireless cards or with an ethernet cord. It come a remote control as well. I rip my movies to eliminate the risk of getting them scratched. Then I save them to my western digital passport 1tb drive. Storage Device You can save them into folders or organize your drive how you prefer. I connect the box to my tv with an hdmi cable and watch movies. You can also have it streaming on your network through a hard drive on your laptop or computer.

The comparison to from the swiss army life to now used technology could grab the attention of people who are not technology savvy. It is true about how the luxury of having things mobile or smaller is a need now. Yes we would rather watch movies on a big screen, but if we could on our cell phones we will. Apple pretty much brought that idea out with the iTouch, iPhone and now iPad.
I can compare this to standard radio/satellite radio vs pandora. Regular radio tends to repeat same songs daily and some have to many commercials. Satellite radio does cost you whether in your car or mobile. Pandora if a free download, but you can purchase it with no commercials. The only thing you pay for is your data mobile plan. I love pandora because I can listen to music that I enjoy with out a mixture of others that tend to be beyond my liking. Call me old school, but Johnny Gill, Luther Vandros, and Ginuwine have better songs than the "R&B singers" who do pop.

Modis is a IT staffing and recruiting agency. It is similar to others like Teksystems and Robert Haff. I feel that these type of jobs do benefit the people who are not able to get the experience from educational terms and some jobs. This agency reviews your resume and finds a company that needs assistance with projects. Sometime you are hired on as a contract for a certain time period, but then there are times where you can be hired on full time. By getting this contract job you do get experience with other aspects in technology whether it is networking, running fiber, security administrator, or desktop administrator. At most permanent jobs you are hired to do one thing only and it does become like a robotic motion everyday. You also are able to network with people and companies.
Since Modis is one of the top agency in North America you get the opportunity to work with some of the larger companies. In the IT field you need experience and a network of friends to get to where you want to be. By having that you worked at Valero or Tesero on a resume it can get you an interview with good companies. IT staffing agency can get you into jobs that a normal resume cannot.

Interview
The interview was pretty good. I felt that if I was able to practice with Luis that it may have been a better interview. Then again if you have a scripted interview it is not as live or real. One thing that was an issue is the sound, but that goes with the free subscription. We did 2 interviews, but the first one was better. The only thing is that the site was having some problems and kept messing. Also the first interview was about 45minutes. I was able to ask more questions and give my opinions based upon his responses which I feel is better in an interview. Unlike most interviews there was no code of personal space or rules on what to ask about the topic. Luis I felt is more of an asset to technology because of his background and knowledge. Asking questions off the fly made me feel like a lawyer because sometimes you have persuade, but make someone things about all sides of the issue for them to express what they really feel.
